Thank you for buying JS Company's product.
We have a compensation policy to give you trust
in the quality and performance of the products.
1. Compensations will be made for JS Company's fishing rods in the following standards
[ One Piece Fishing Rod ]
① 1 exchange for a new product within the warranty period at 25% of the original price
② 1 exchange for a new product after the warranty period at 50% of the original price
[ Multi-Pieces Fishing Rod ]
① 1 free exchange within the warranty period (limited to the same number of piece product.)
② After the waranty period -
Tip part: Exchange for a new product at 40% of the original price.
Butt part: Exchange for a new product at 60% of the original price.
※ Exceptions for products under \95,000: 1 exchange for new part within the warranty period at 20% of the original price for the tip, and 30% for the butt.
※ Company policy applies for multi-piece rods
[ Jigging (Butt-Separating) Rod ]
① 1 free exchange within the warranty period (limited to the same number of piece product.)
② After the guarantee period -
Tip part: Exchange for a new product at 60% of the original price.
Butt part: Exchange for a new product at 40% of the original price.
※ Exceptions for products under \95,000: 1 exchange for new part within the warranty period at 30% of the original price for the tip, and 20% for the butt.
2. The basis for the compensation for the damages: Compensation for Consumer's Damages notified by Ministry of Finance and Economy
3. The warranty period is 1 year beginning from the purchase date, and all additional after services are paid services.
4. The following cases are excluded from the compensations
- After services for lowing damaged piece or the rod
- If the defect of the product caused by discrete modification or repair
- If the defect of the product caused by the customer's negligence (damage by other activities but fishing)
- If the defect of the product caused by damage by natural disasters or any equal circumstances
5. Please note that the shipping costs for after services are the consumer's responsibility.
